I had an amazing experience at FYidoctors Lacewood. Dr. Simo Liu was extremely kind, professional, and took the time to recommend progressive lenses that fit my needs perfectly. The entire team was friendly and very helpful when I was choosing my glasses. My glasses arrived exactly when they promised, and they are the most comfortable pair I’ve ever worn. I highly recommend this clinic for eye exams and glasses!
My family have all been coming here for 10+ years. We have always had a very positive experience until today. My daughter and I both had our eye exam together with Dr. Simo Liu. Our first time meeting her. I found her to be extremely rude to both of us. She is very unfriendly and when I asked about my daughter’s prescription change, she is 15 and her need to wear glasses full time. Her response was very harsh and she raised her voice at me.
