Went in today for an eye exam, and was very impressed! Dr. Jessica walked in with a Steelers shirt on, go Doc!! LOL!! I'm from Pittsburgh. � The lady that did my eye exam was very thorough and sweet and Dr. Jessica was wonderful. She took the time to listen all my complaints about my eyes, and did a complete eye exam. Come to find out I do need glasses. I was completely lost when looking at frames, but the ladies up front hooked me up! They were so sweet and helpful. Thank you, Family Vision. A+ in my book! �
Very professional staff and usually my visits are less than an hour.
Came in today to see if i could get my glasses fixed and the lady near the glasses was so helpful and sweet! Went above and beyond with helping me. Thanks for being the best!
Waste of time and money. They would not give me a prescription to my children's contacts or order them for me because before we came back in my child had to ditch the trial pair and she had to wear the old pair. She said that they can only order the old prescription because they couldn't examine the new. Two days out of school wasted and still have nothing. I will never come back here again ever!
Everyone was friendly and nice!! Loved the staff and doctor!!!!!
