RecommendedGreat experience good people good service
The current doctor has written the wrong prescription for myself and another one of my family members. When the issue was brought to their attention, the doctor and one of the staff members was very rude and failed to acknowledge the issue.

Hi Dr. Johnson! As I told you when we spoke, I was not aware that you or your family member were having any problems until you came in a year after your last appointment. At that point, you had already switched providers and had a new rx so we were unable to change your lenses, as we are only able to do a doctor's remake with the same doctor's prescription. I have been going to Family Vision Care for years and I recommend it to everyone I can. The staff is friendly and explain all the complicated insurance stuff and Dr. Jessica is the sweetest! They carry stylish durable frames that hold up for years. Cannot say enough good things!
