Brought my 3 young children with me today for the Customer Appreciation Event and trunk show. Not only did I find a great pair of glasses and score an awesome discount, Dr. Jessica was able to squeeze me in without an appointment so I could have my first eye exam in 8 years and get the prescription I needed. The entire office was friendly and accommodated the chaos that comes with littles with smiles and grace. Highly recommend!!
Terrible customer service! I postponed my annual exam for 90 days waiting for the new doc to be approved by my insurance, only to receive a call 2 days prior to my appointment informing me that they don't accept my plan!!! Seriously??? Now they want to charge me for a copy of MY medical records!!! I'm DONE!!!
Excellent Doctor! Excellent staff! I can't wait to get my new Ellen Tracy glasses. They are beautiful! And Phil, the Rep for the frames was awesome!
