Everyone in the dental office is friendly, efficient and personable from Dr. Keim to Julie and all the girls in reception and the office. My latest visit was especially enjoyable because everyone acknowledged my birthday and treated me extra special. Certainly Family Dental Associates is a winning team and I highly recommend them.
I am not crazy about going to the dentist, but the personnel in the front make you feel like you are something special. The doctor is very good and careful while he is working on your teeth. The doctor also takes time to talk to and makes you feel at ease

My physical therapist recommended this office, since I was new to the area. And I only had a small window of days/times I could be seen. This office books out 6 mths in advance but the staff texted me almost daily to see if one of their most recent cancellations would fit. On the day of my appointment, we had our first snow of this season and I feared they would be closed. But they were open to my surprise.
