Had my teeth cleaned and checked. Julie was very professional and informative, and gentle. Helped me know how my teeth were doing, and what I needed to do to keep them in good shape. Excellent service.

Erin was my dental hygienist. She was very sweet, informed me of each step. She did an excellent job. I would recommend anyone needing dental care to call Family Dental Associates.
It seems like each time I come for a cleaning I get a new technician. I have had good experiences with them and they do a thorough job. I hate going to the dentist because of past experiences growing up but I can honestly say I have not had one bad experience at Family Dental Associates and Dr Folks is awesome.
First off it was great to be called back for my appointment on time, too often it seems you have to wait for 30 minutes in the waiting room at Dr's offices past the appointment time. If I had to wait I did notice the waiting room, like the rest of the office, was very upscale and clean. The hygienist, Gina, was friendly and talked me through each thing she was going to do before she did it and was very thorough with my cleaning. My experience with Family Dental Associates has been very positive. I have complete confidence in their thoroughness of care. I have improved conditions with their suggestions for my part of care.
Your technician was very conversant about the procedures we were going to use. She explained the reason each was used and why. I appreciated her expertise in the procedures and being concerned about my comfort during the treatment. I would recommend her to my friends.
I have gone to Family Dental Associates for a very long time and have never had anything but excellent service! Everyone is very knowledgeable,friendly and the staff really cares about their patients. I would recommend them to anyone.
