Took my 16 month old because he was pulling his ears, low grade fever and intentionally hitting his head (which isn't like him). Doctor looked in both ears and said he definitely needed an antibiotic. Well the next day, he started vomiting every 10 mins, I was able to get him into his regular Peditrician who said his ears were perfectly fine!! Went in because my little boy started having green drainage from his eyes and ears, along with a cough and green nasal drainage and fever and red bumps breaking out on his body. All the doc said was "I don't believe in giving kids antibiotics. You're not doing him any favors." He didn't even do a physical examination. He kept saying "I won't be able to hear anything. Receptionist was nice, wait ok, but Dr said I wasn't sick long enough to get any antibiotics, This was Sunday, went to my family Dr today, diagnosed with bronchitis and given antibiotics and an inhaler. Didn't seem to really listen to my past history with bronchitis or with my symptoms. Tested me for flu, which I was pretty sure I didn't have.
Once again this place exceeds my expectations. The care and concern is top notch. I went in yesterday thinking my allergy/flu was acting up only to learn I have pneumonia. I trust them and am so thankful to have them so close. Will definitely keep visiting them.
Been waiting for an hour still havent been called back this is the slowest ive ever seen them will be going to chillicothe from now on
Paid a $45 copay Sat there for 3 hours got a steroid shot and a prescription for an anti inflamatoryand a wrist brace nothing for pain then got an order to go to the er for xrays. Didn't go that would have been another $75 copay should have went there first but was told to go to the urgent care by my doctors service
Very long wait. Rushed my daughter through. And didn't even do a rapid strep on her. Won't ever go back. As an RN and after 3 hrs, they could have done more.
