my daughter went untreated for the flu for a week because they said she was fine and just had a virus that needed to run its course
I Took 3 of my really sick kids recently in the evening after i got done with work. I couldn’t get them into their doctor for 2 more days. They were Very rude and disrespectful. They were mad and told me so because they wanted to go home early instead of take care of sick kids who needed care. Didn’t even look in their ears, listen to them or check them over at all, just asked me questions and acted like It was my fault they were sick. All they did was Flu swabbed them and that was it! The staff is nice but it's so, so slow. I've been here at least 4 times now in the last year and every time I have to wait for over an hour to be seen.
Great experience. Listened to my symptoms and offered non narcotic treatment for my pain. Took around 30 minutes and way cheaper than my $300 ED copay.
My Husband and I took our 9 month old son here because he hasn't been feeling and his temp was climbing. The people we seen we're very helpful and patient with our son. The only compliant was that they didn't expect the insurance and we have never had that before.$125 for visit onve we got there and $50 for flu testing before we left.
Horrible facility. The empty chairs should be a red flag indeed. Front desk “customer service” registrar was talking on her cell phone the entire time, The Insurance card on file for me was "incorrect " and I presented my card (the same) for an update. She then called her manager who agreed to "drop it down" to 125.00 to be seen based on zero information or research into coverage. Terrible attitude-rude, and rehensible behavior.
