The rooms are very dirty and the MA was not the friendliest. She also never sanitized or washed her hands at all. Left flu swab trash on the bed, used cough drops on the floor, dirty walls and beds.
don't go there . there rude . won't 2 year old go in a room cuz he made a mess . I clean up his mess all the time and he 2 year old .

Waited for an hour and a half, asked the receptionist how huch longer until my sick toddler could be seen, she said she hadn't even done my paperwork yet. I could see my paperwork and all the other clients paperwork and insurance cards facing up on the counter in plain view which is a clear HIPPA violation. We ended up leaving after waiting 2 hours without even being asked what we were there for. I could have went to LMH and been seen before this urgent care even looked at my paperwork.
