Showed up and they refused to take my insurance.. not on “their list” and girl at the front desk has a horrible attitude. Shady billing practices at best and charged 3 times the cash price as the place right next door. Routine visit is 125 dollars which I paid to get my daughter seen... Go to a more reputable care center. All about the money �
Thought this place was cheap and to help people with no Ins! Went there and they wanted $125, plus the girl was rude!! Won't be going back there anymore!
Went there on 5/25 for multiple dog bites to both hands after breaking up a fight between two of my Corgis through a fence! This Urgent Care literally shares a wall with my regular doctor [who had left to attend a meeting in another city] and I thought they were both part of Berger Health Systems...WRONG!!! We actually went to the newest location tonight in Bellefontaine for a sports physical. They got us right in, and promptly saw us. Staff and PA were all very nice! Would highly recommend!
