Been looking for cars for about 3-4months and already had some solid idea of what car I wanted. They were able to give me a good deal, and were very flexible with their options. It was a good first car buying experience because of their friendly and inclusive first time buyer program. I felt like I walked away with a good deal.
Always courteous pricing is very fair. Coffee machine is awesome n water bottles free
Was in for a brake problem on my Avalon. It took most of the morning but they kept me informed often and the nice waiting room and the very large TV made the time pass quickly. The free coffee, water and the donuts were a nice plus! I really appreciate that the TV had captions on since I have a severe hearing impairment. Good job Family Toyota!
My daughter had lost her keys to her 2003 Toyota Camry. I called every other dealership before I called this one to inquire about keys and pricing and so forth. This car requires a key with a chip and reprogramming the system etc. etc. their price was a lot lower than everybody else's price and I kept questioning the price and the gentleman said that was the price so I said let me write it all down. I wrote it all down. They ordered the keys. I get there today to drop off the car cause I had to have it towed. I was informed ... read more
