Buying a car is usually a tedious and confusing process and my experiences have been that you get out without knowing anything about the deal you made. At Family Toyota we had a totally different experience.... Paul did everything in his power to make sure we got the payment we wanted and understood the whole process. We went for one car and ended up with two!! Whenever it's time to trade in we will definitely be visiting them again!!
The car buying business is not my fortay. I have not generally had a good experience. Paul Ward and Daniel the finance guy with Family Toyota changed my whole outlook. They are pretty good too. My wife and I both came away with news cars at fantastic rates!
Drove into service for an oil change. Only car there. Waited until a young man finally came and asked me what I needed. I said an oil change. He said it would be an hour and a half. I said why that long. He said that’s just the process. Left headed to Vandergriff in Arlington. I’ll bet it won’t take an hour and a half.
Paul Ward is amazing. He just sold me the first new car I’ve ever owned and made the experience worth it. I’ve been screwed over by many car salesmen but this experience changed my whole mode of thought of car buying. I appreciate all the guys there that helped me out. � Y’all are great!
