I have purchased three vehicles (two new Highlanders and a pre-owned Venza) at this location with Andrei as my salesperson. Paul ward is a very trustworthy guy and helped us lower out payment and got us into a new car! Very easy to talk to and connect with! Go see him if you are looking to buy or trade in a car and he will help you out with no hassle!
I am very unhappy with their service department. Both times I took my car in they needed to order a part and was told I would be contacted when the part arrived. Both times I waited 1-2 MONTHS for a call and never received one. I called to check on the part and make an appointment, gave them all my info on what needed to be done. Arrived today and and it looked busy but was told it wouldnt be long so I didn’t have someone come get me. I ended up waiting 3 hours only for them to tell me they cannot locate the part!
