I had two very bad encounters with this agency. One where my therapist looked up my skirt and fat shamed me and another where my domestic violence abuser was cleared to be around children while still abusing cough syrup and alcohol.
I have been receiving treatment from FSA since July 2011 for my panic/anxiety/depression and they have been very effective in helping me with my issues. I love my psychiatrist and my therapist. They are in my best interest and I would recommend them to anyone who needs mental health assistance. I love FSA!
Good staff so far had a great appointment with a first time assessment.
