The level of professionalism has gone down dramatically in the last year. I was basically told to deal with a therapist change which I did not want because of short staffing and because the previous therapist wanted to work with kids more. the latter is a lie by the way. She might as well just come out and say that it's because I'm middle aged. Total discrimination.
