See the thing is Brandon Ledford we have never enforced this fee... So your Friends missed informed you. But with that said can you perform a service with out materials? If I buy material a chemical that i normally don't carry for you and and you are a new customer then yes their should be a deposit on the chemical... And as long as the appointment was keep it applied towards your service. I'm sorry you feel the way you do.
