Talk about great customer service, even though we bought our 23-foot Forest River travel trailer from Family RV seven years ago and moved north to Washington state, these folks continue to treat us like new customers who live in the neighborhood. Whenever we've had a problem, we always call Family RV first. They have always been helpful, providing excellent advice, often saving us unneeded expense, even though there isn't a dime in it for them. Family RV really gets it. Highest recommendation.
New experience In searching to expeirence something new and different for a vacation we stopped in at Family RV to inquire about RVing. The staff at Family RV was helpful willing to understand our needs and matched us up with the perfect motor home for our vaction. The amazing part was it was not sales job, the staff was compassionate about the customer and RVing.
Trailer purchase, thanks I bought a trailer from Family RV in San Jose and got a great price and the service was good also. The service department set up my Toyota Tundra with a brake controller and all the towing equipment. The first time I took it out it towed great but the fridge seemed not to get cold enough the first day and the milk was warm. Icalled the tech, Matt and he informed me what to do, thanks. It was first timer problems. I forgot to mention they also filled my propane tanks free!!
Customer Service A+ We needed to have some work done on our 5th wheel and we heard about Family RV in San Jose and we tried them. We have been very happy with their service department.
Summer RV trip My family and I went on a trip this summer and traveled across the southern states. We rented a 31' Winebago motor home and it went well. Carried our mountain bikes and used these to see some of the city sites.
My RV trip First timers !!
Rentals Family RV helped is with our motorhome repair that blew out our entire bathroom. They were extremely busy but still managed to get us in and fix our motorhome so that we could take our family vacation on time.
We shopped here... And bought our tent trailer here. We got a good deal on it and they worked hard to help get us a loan for it. They were nice but you can see through them and catch them trying to sell more than you needed -EX: They tried to rope us in for a engine maint program or something of the sort but a tent traier has none therefore the service was not needed. Hmmmm? Overall the experience was good but I wont rush back in.
