Dick L Family RV is definitely the best choice to buy or rent an RV. I have done both there always receiving extremely good service at excellent prices. After buying my 21' Winnebago class C there in 2007 I now keep it there free where they keep it in superb condition and rent it on consignment for me splitting the income with me. RV rental I have rented Motor homes and trailers from Family RV for many years. My most recent rental was in September. I have rented from private parties and other dealers. I always go back to Family RV. They have prepare the RV wonderfully for me. The staff that does the checkout and check in are efficient. Many times there are groups going out as we Check out. Fantastic Service! I've purchased my last two RVs from Family RV. My most recent purchase, a 30-ft Traillight travel trailer, has been exceptional. Family RV has always treated me excellently and has consistently provided fantastic customer service. Family RV is #1 Hats off to Family RV for making our family vacation one to remember. Our family searched around for a RV rental for our 2 week vacation from San Jose, CA to Billings, Montana. Family RV, we're coming back!â We came down from Montreal, Canada to San Jose twice, and rented an RV from Alan Cezar. Each time we had an amazing time. The RV was given to us very clean and every thing was functioning properly. They gave us ideas for our trip and help with us directions. We never had a problem. Rentals Family RV helped is with our motorhome repair that blew out our entire bathroom. They were extremely busy but still managed to get us in and fix our motorhome so that we could take our family vacation on time.
Customer Service A+ We needed to have some work done on our 5th wheel and we heard about Family RV in San Jose and we tried them. We have been very happy with their service department. Their service department is very helpful, courteous and attentative. We had no problem getting in touch with the service department at anytime, whether it was by phone or email. They resolved our problems in a timely manner too. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Consignment Sales Their #1 We just saw the posting on your web site and want to express our happiness. You did in a few days what East Bay RV couldn't do it 6 months...thanks! I did see a few things on the listing that may need to be checked. 1. Sleeps 4 (I believe it sleep 6 - sofa bed, table conversion bed, master bed) 2.
