Talk about great customer service, even though we bought our 23-foot Forest River travel trailer from Family RV seven years ago and moved north to Washington state, these folks continue to treat us like new customers who live in the neighborhood. RV Experiance Hello all Wanted to tell you about my experiance buying a motorhome at Family RV I walked on the lot knowing what I wanted to see becasue I had checked there inventory online. Rick ( great guy) met me in the lot and we looked at the unit I was interested in. He showed me all around the unit and it was beautiful clean and shinny. New experience In searching to expeirence something new and different for a vacation we stopped in at Family RV to inquire about RVing. The staff at Family RV was helpful willing to understand our needs and matched us up with the perfect motor home for our vaction. The amazing part was it was not sales job, the staff was compassionate about the customer and RVing.
Great Experience! I have a Coachmen Mirada 34BH Class A motor home with 18,500 miles that I have owned for 3 years. We LOVE our RV, and so do our kids.
