I have had to wait, but I come prepared - books, my phone, etc. I've had to wait at other offices much longer than here. Michael has been great working on my meds.
They got my medication right. But they are literally always late. And they make you come in monthly and solve "issues" that can be solved over email.
This place is great .... My insurance has changed so I may have to go somewhere else.
Im getting billed for appointments I didnt make and services that were not scheduled and from a year ago where I thought my insurance covered me im just now getting a bill and from a Dr. I didn't see ... smh
They absolutely have one of the most efficient services
