Came in for a later appointment on Wednesday only to find out the appointment had been double booked. The front desk associate tried to work us in for an available appointment 20 min later, but got “in trouble” for doing so. He stated that we were the 7th appointment that had been double booked that day. We rescheduled for a morning appointment 2 days later and waited for an hour to be called back. Very disappointing, inexcusable and not respectful of other people’s schedules and time.
I have been coming here since November 2017. I have always been treated with caring and respect. I walked in a depressed, despondent and hopeless person. Now I am happy, hopeful and active. I’m so thankful I was referred here.
Get the business office to respond to repeated requests for information regarding co-pays.
This is the best place to go, I have been a patient for a very long time and would never change. The doctor I see goes above and above to help you in anyway possible, she truly is amazing!!! The ones that feel this place in not good must not have been patients for a long time like me, I absolutely love love this practice and the doctors. I see Stacy and I can not say enough about how amazing she and her practice is!!!!
After providing treatment to my daughter and stating my daughter would be a good candidate for an emotional support dog, we did our research and purchased one. They now refuse to provide the paperwork. They gave us a scam website to go to obtain a fake paperwork for 200.00. This is so unprofessional. I am in shock they would send a patient to an online scam to obtain fake documents from someone who has no record of her care and issues. Do not go to this practice. We will not be using them going forward.
After 6 years of going here we are no longer patients. We have been moved around more times than I can count as their staff changes and you can see from the countless reviews...long long wait times, hard to get a live person on the phone and staff is horrible - doctors don't care. It is about overbooking and getting to bill insurance. If you want someone to treat you or your child, seek elsewhere. Find a good doctor not a practice like this where they cycle docs and practitioners in and out.
My son has been a patient for years. He would see his doctor every 3 months. Every appointment we would be on time. We would sit and wait a minimum of 30 to 45 minutes, if not longer to see the doctor. We are 12 mintues late ONE time and the doctor cannot see him and we have to reschedule the appointment. I will be finding a new doctor.
