Their billing policy sucks. They randomly charge my card I am required to keep on file without telling you what it’s for!!! Their no show policy is also outrageous and is more than the office visits, and it just doubled! So they want you to no show so they make twice what they made if you saw them! Bad policies and unprofessional office practices
They are very professional, and have alot of concern for me as their patients
The doctors are fine, once you get in to see them. We've literally never waited less than an hour beyond our scheduled appointment time, and we always get here 15 minutes early, per their office policy. How you can run a business by appointment, but not keep your appointments, is beyond me. It feels like the only time they value is their own. I'm constantly disappointed with the wait and the failure to acknowledge or apologize for it, as if we are lucky to await their attention and not conducting mutually beneficial business... read more
Horrible experience. I waited TWO HOURS in the waiting room and ended up leaving and making another appointment at another office. . Do not recommend this place. They do not respect YOU or YOUR TIME. Do NOT GO HERE.
The TMS staff is great, and I did see improvement from the treatment I received. I had a lot of very frustrating issues with billing and communication around billing, but the new practice manager, Jocelyn, reached out to me personally to resolve them, so I am optimistic about the future of the practice.
Original appointment was canceled last week by Mr. Graves, the day before. Rescheduled appointment for 4:45, not seen until 7:00pm. No apologies, no one from the staff let any of the patients know they were behind. Found out the appointment was doubled book. Staff left to go home before we were seen. This is a standard practice for this office. Finally got in to see Mr. Graves not one apology, did not ask anything about the well being of my son, he just wanted to write the script and go home.
