Best office I have ever been too!!
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Box for 12 years, and he has consistently provided me with excellent care. I’ve recently seen Dr. Hodshon on several occasions, and have been extremely impressed with his exceptional care and general demeanor. Dr. Drey and CNM Vanessa Ailey are also great, as are all the attending nurses and reception staff. Highly recommended group!
I called and asked questions because I obviously needed answers that I did NOT have. The lady who answered the phone and was rude with every question. I understand that it can become annoyingly repetitive and may have seemed like common sense to her, but if I KNEW the answers, I wouldn’t need to call. That’s partially her job. Answering phones and answering questions. Don’t work in this field if you have a stuck up entitled attitude.

I do not recommend. I heard all sorts of wonderful things about Dr. May. Oh, he was friendly at first, then he wasn't. Don't go to their PT department either. Refused to help after a few sessions despite having obvious issues that needed it.
I went in and seen Dr Monika Karakattu with a double hernia. She would not do anything for the pain except tell me to take Tylenol and Meloxicam for the pain. I'm in the process of finding me a doctor that will treat me right. I will not go back to see them ever again. I would not recommend them to anyone.
A human to answer the phone would be nice.
My usual physician is Dr Hallman and he is a very caring doctor who listens to his patients. I have also had contact with Dr's May, Arze, Drey, and Hodshon. All except Hodshon have provided excellent care.
RecommendedEverything from the front desk staff to the lab staff, phone staff, clerical support staff, nurses and of course the providers are all amazing. A truly professional experience from the time you enter the clinic until the time you leave and even after that with our patient navigators, supply and housekeeping staff. One amazing team.
