As a first time random walk-in customer to this optometry just to adjust my frame, I experienced excellent treatment and a professional consulting on the frame selection to fit my head shape. I’ll definitely work with this optometry on my next optical glasses purchase.
Appointment was so good that I had to post as soon as I got home. Did an appointment for contacts and glasses. Dr. Kim made the appointment a great learning experience and enjoyable. Not sales-y nor did she make me feel bad for not being well educated in eye care. If anyone needs an eye doctor I genuinely recommend Dr Jenny at Family Optometry of Irvine! It’s in the Northpark area right by Pavilions. The whole staff is sweet and Dr Jenny is really detailed and attentive. I’ve been going to the eye Dr since I was a year old so I’ve seen quite a few. I feel like she listened and understood my eyes better than anyone before!
Very professional. I felt comfortable that I was getting the most accurate prescription for my vision needs.
