Katie Gresham is my Nurse Practioner. She is patient, kind, and i couldn't ask for someone better. Also, listens to my concerns and does not take the "know it all" approach. Thank you Family Medicine West.
We keep calling and no one answers the phone, during normal business hours. I went over there and the office was closed, no note on the door just closed. We’ve been calling all day to get medicine for my wife, for a condition that they know she has, and now no one is there until Monday and no medicine. We will be finding a different doctor.
Just called this morning because I’m having a health related issue and the nurse on the phone was rude. I asked if I would be able y talk to anyone and she was short with me and said no because I’m not an established patient. So I asked if they had any appointments available and she cut me off and told me they don’t accept non established patients on the weekend. I said oh okay thank you. She didn’t respond and just hung up on me. I wouldn’t go here with this type of treatment from the receptionist.
We have been going here for 8 years. For the past 2 there have been a lot of office personnel changes, lots of nursing changes. A few years ago the patient portal was changed from a previous one that was much better. The current portal is awful. You cannot few anything, most of the providers/nurses don’t update your information into the portal. The referrals department has been terrible since Olivia left. We keep calling and no one answers the phone, during normal business hours. Update: eventually someone answered and they were very nice and helpful. Still waiting for a call back from the doctor/nurse so we’ll see. Second update: they called us back and called in meds for her. Changing review to 5 stars.
