I have been going here for several years. I would not recommend them to anyone. The front desk is polite and the lab people are deacent at what they do. That’s the only positives about this place. Cons: I came in August because of some neurological issues I’ve had. They said they would get me in to see a neurologist. Well it is now February and I still do not have an appointment 6 months later. They have submitted the information incorrectly twice. This place use to be amazing and dont get me wrong they still have a few people from when this place was great but its hard to even get a referral or an appointment anymore the portal is shit now and I aint had labs done in 2 years they use to be on top of that! This place peaked 5 or 6 years ago!!!! MAKE FAMILY MEDICINE GREAT AGAIN!!!!
They do not want to deal with you. Outright. I understand that people in medicine are overworked and understaffed. If I am polite and kind I should receive that back. It's basic manners. Also, if someone has a negative reaction to a medicine, then maybe don't tell them to continue to use it. Thats not good medicine or care. Doctors are half decent, but this place isn't worth your time or money.

Don't bother, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. No return calls,- ( after 4 messages) no urgency, . Nurse was unfamiliar with case, informed us what we were told as far as office policy was untrue, worse case of no one knows what is going on in a medical office I have experienced. Was not impressed with the PA either.
