Called my pharmacy to check on my prescription only to find out it was never called in. Called the office and they said they’d get the details to send to the pharmacy. I went to the office to get my script to get it to the pharmacy myself, THE DOCTOR DIDN’T EVEN PUT MY NEW PRESCRIPTION IN MY CHART. So now it will be anywhere from 24-48 hours before they hear back from her. I saw the doctor yesterday, I am typically able to pickup my meds the same day. I will be leaving this practice. I absolutely love my doctor but when I call to try to leave a message or get a call back I rarely ever get called back from the nurses so that is very frustrating although my doctor has been very reliable on calling me
Staff is amazing. They take wonderful care of me and my 2 sons.
