I LOVE my doctor, however the quality of customer service outside of my doctor is terrible at the former community general location. Every time I call the office, I'm on hold for at least a half hour before the phone is even answered. I'm attempting to call right now and I've been on hold for 51 minutes. I understand being understaffed, but this is not OK. They clearly need to hire more people to answer the phones.

I have been going to this office since i was a little girl But i think it’s time for a new office and doctor. They’ve moved their office like 3 times in the last few years. I had an appointment that got cancelled 45 minutes before the time i was supposed to be here. I rescheduled and drove 2 1/2 hours to make it to the second appointment. I was late but called and told them I’d be late and when i arrived they said I’d have to reschedule again. I love the nurse Miranda in family medicine and PCP but to be honest I dislike the obgyn since my left they are rude and they don't try to they just push ya thru and on to the next person no compassion at all

10/12/22.Today my wife called after suffering a migraine that was debilitating enough for her to leave work. The nurse told her that she would get a telemed call at 1:20pm. We received a confirmation email stating the same. NOBODY called her so she called them at 3pm. They lied and said that someone tried to call her at 1:12pm. Her phone never rang, nor is there a missed call notice, nor a voicemail message. BLATANT neglect and LIES.
