My son has been seen here since he was 2 months old, is now 5 years old, and I’m very disappointed that they refused to see him 2 days ago due to his an issue with insurance. I didn’t have a co pay and couldn’t be billed the co pay for some reason.
I have been seeing Dr. Platz for decades. I was recently diagnosed with cancer, and he has helped me through every step of the way, securing me a world-class oncologist and program, far above and beyond the call of duty. I trust nobody else with my health.
Newton is awesome but tends to run behind a lot. We had an appointment at 1:15 arrived at 1pm didn’t get taken back to the room until 1:43pm. Having to wait that long being sick is not fun at all. Seem like unless you get an early morning appointment you will have to wait awhile even after your appointment time.
Very poor service today. One hour of waiting for the doctor. Nurse says, your next...Guess not quite honest either as he was with a patient whose appointment was 45 min before mine. I guess the rule is...Don't Make an appointment with anyone but Platz or Watkins. Very disappointed.
Dr. Arata is literally the best doctor. He's so good with my kids and a really personable guy. You can tell he actually cares about his patients. Makes going to the doctor much less stressful.
I have had Dr Platz as my family doctor for the last 25 years at least. I tried getting in to see him for a follow-up visit that they want to schedule 6-8 weeks out. I don't go to the doctor often so they don't care if they have me as a patient. If you are a patient that will bring them lots of money in they will love you. It has been like this for years now. When you are finally able to get an appointment it last 5 minutes at most. Then he doesn't tell you anything about what's going on.
