Since closing the Southbridge Office the ability to contact my physician is almost zero. The Rx system is broken when there is NO response to 2+ Pharmacy requests AND multiple calls from this patient. Now I will run out of my Diabetic injectable meds and Diabetic testing supplies. THIS SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN in the free World. Stressed and disgusted.
