Loved our 1st visit here with my daughter, Tori. All the tests that Dr. Allan ordered, Rachael Ann was on top of getting her labs, ct scan ordered the same day, and her ultra sound set up very promptly. Thank you Rachael for all you did for Tori and all you'll do in the future for our family.
Once again, top notch treatment from Allan and staff. Very attentive and you can really tell they care about you as a person and not just a patient. Feeling somewhat better today, although still weak. I imagine I'll feel like that for a few days. You guys are the best! Thank you so very much!
The doctor and staff took great care of me today. They did everything there: evaluation, x-Rays, lab work and prescriptions. Front staff were very friendly and got me in quickly. The lady who took my vitals was friendly also. Dr. Imes was awesome. The tech who drew my labs did such a great job that I didn't even feel the needle. I will make this my new family doctor.
Went Friday to Family Medical. I haven't been feeling well for a couple of weeks. I haven't been there in almost three years. I love the changes. I absolutely loved the Drs. and back staff before. Now it seems more like everyone up there really cares about you. Leslie was doing an ekg on me and it started raining and she even ran out rolled up my car windows. Just want to give a shout out to the team that took care of my daughter today. From the sweet lady at the front desk who was so sweet when I checked my sick Laurel in then Mandy that did her initial eval to Dr. Reed who was pretty dang awesome with my daughter who is petrified of needles and talked her into it to JT who gave the shots he was pretty awesome even though she was acting like a silly baby.
