The doctors, nurses and office staff here have all been great. I know when I come in, no matter what the reason, that I'm going to get top notch care. These folks take the time and actually listen to you. When ever I'm asked who my PCP is I answer with Family Medical Clinic of McDonough because that's where I go now. I love these people.
Now that the office is contracted by my new insurance. I will definitely be coming back! I speak from experience, Allen Imes is an excellent medical professional. He saved my life a few years ago! I love Family Medical! Great care and great people!
Went here to get away from the "chain" doctors in the area. Filled out paperwork, but before they would see me, they wanted my copay (which was fine) PLUS $100 since I hadn't yet met my deductible. Why on earth would I pay an extra $100 for a simple sick visit?? Walked out, drove to the "chain", waited less than 10 minutes as a walk-in, and only had to pay my copay.
My daughter has been misdiagnosed three different times resulting in unnessary MIR's, ultrasounds and numerous specialist appointments. Also for one of them that I was told on 3 different occasions not to worry about something, told "it is normal" now my daughter has to have major surgery that could have been prevented! Makes me sick! I will never go back!
Everyone was very nice except the one nurse. When the staff reads this check my chart she did my sterp test then left me in my room for three hours. She was very rude. This was the second run in I've had with her.
