Henry Co friends....I went to the Family Medical on Hwy 20 by Folks today. They were awesome!!! Amy was my nurse and so patient, even about my getting woozy with blood work. She even warmed my blanket up for me when I had to get IV meds. The NP was great and super thorough! I was in India for 40 days, been through 6 different countries in 2 months. I really like the drs but the wait times are crazy. I have to mentally prepare for at least 3 hours from check in to check out. I was so sick Friday i paid my copay and 20 min later was put in a room.They took my pressure which was high but forgot to take my temp.After being in the room for 2 hours with no one to check on me i informed the front desk i was leaving and why.They all mentioned they were short handed but i was very sick and felt nauseous. I go every three months and it is an all day affair...
Overpriced charge for things you don't even get done go for broke foot in them walking out having to pay $900
A lot of new faces but all those up there who have been there forever you guys are the heart and soul of the place. I love you guys! Every Doctor and PA in the practice is amazing... Except for Crystal. TWICE I've seen her and she hasn't listened to what I had to say. 1st) I went in for a sore throat and went out with a referral for a biopsy, scope and thinking I had cancer.
