I had a great experience with this medical office. The doctors take the time to listen and explain things clearly, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Appointments are easy to schedule, and the office runs smoothly without long waits. It’s reassuring to know our family is receiving quality care in such a welcoming environment.

I've been a patient at this center for over 20 years. Most of the doctors are great. However, lately I can only get appointments with a nurse practitioner. My last appointment was a checkup a month ago. They are now calling me to charge me for a virtual appointment to give me the results. I said I would review them on the patient portal, but they have not been uploaded. Apparantly, they want to charge me (and my insurance) first. I had a PCR Test at this center, and since a year I had an ongoing issue regarding a high bill I received for my annual PCR exam, which should have been free as part of my coverage, and despite my repeated follow-ups over the past months, they never returned my call and this matter remains unresolved, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of resolution. I was looking for a new doctor in the area and tried to get an appointment with Dr. Case. The doctor was booked out a few months, but the PA Michael Paritzky was available. Upon meeting him, he was very friendly and asked me to call him Mike. Mike was professional and diligent. He answered my questions and addressed all of my concerns. I was very surprised that my blood work was emailed to me via Quest Diagnostics the very next day! The staff was great and the entire process was seamless.
