I've been a patient at this center for over 20 years. Most of the doctors are great. However, lately I can only get appointments with a nurse practitioner. My last appointment was a checkup a month ago. They are now calling me to charge me for a virtual appointment to give me the results. I said I would review them on the patient portal, but they have not been uploaded. Apparantly, they want to charge me (and my insurance) first. I had a PCR Test at this center, and since a year I had an ongoing issue regarding a high bill I received for my annual PCR exam, which should have been free as part of my coverage, and despite my repeated follow-ups over the past months, they never returned my call and this matter remains unresolved, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of resolution. I was looking for a new doctor in the area and tried to get an appointment with Dr. Case. The doctor was booked out a few months, but the PA Michael Paritzky was available. Upon meeting him, he was very friendly and asked me to call him Mike. Mike was professional and diligent. He answered my questions and addressed all of my concerns. I was very surprised that my blood work was emailed to me via Quest Diagnostics the very next day! The staff was great and the entire process was seamless. This office is very unorganized. I once waited for the doctor in the exam room for over an hour for a simple check up. Only when I told the front desk I needed to leave was the doctor finally came in to complete the check up that barely took 5 minutes. On separate occasions I’ve called numerous times to refill prescriptions and had to leave multiple messages. It seems like no one is ever at the front desk to answer phone calls.
