I've been a patient at this center for over 20 years. Most of the doctors are great. However, lately I can only get appointments with a nurse practitioner. My last appointment was a checkup a month ago. They are now calling me to charge me for a virtual appointment to give me the results. I said I would review them on the patient portal, but they have not been uploaded. Apparantly, they want to charge me (and my insurance) first.
