I've been a patient at this center for over 20 years. Most of the doctors are great. However, lately I can only get appointments with a nurse practitioner. My last appointment was a checkup a month ago. They are now calling me to charge me for a virtual appointment to give me the results. I said I would review them on the patient portal, but they have not been uploaded. Apparantly, they want to charge me (and my insurance) first. I had a PCR Test at this center, and since a year I had an ongoing issue regarding a high bill I received for my annual PCR exam, which should have been free as part of my coverage, and despite my repeated follow-ups over the past months, they never returned my call and this matter remains unresolved, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of resolution.
