Robert Rothman acted with incompetence, and was deceitful in my case. He was supposed to file an objection to a case consolidation, and demanded a 5,000 retainer. He waited until the 12 th hour to draft the objection. It was poorly done, not at all convincing and without referencing case law which actually applied to my case.
