Our furnace quit working and I’m pretty good at troubleshooting so I did that on my own. My diagnosis was correct but because of the age of my furnace(over 22 years old), I decided to replace the entire unit. Marcus’ team not only applied their diagnostic fee to the cost of the new unit, they immediately started the replacement process. We have used family heating for several years & are pleased with with their service. A new service man came for the Fall furnace check up today. He was very polite & knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.
