Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.

Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Was this provider late to your appointments? Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious

I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it.
