Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Yes, there is a definite trend of overbooking here Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature Does this provider welcome questions? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did this provider answer all of your questions? Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Fairly Average Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment
