I haven't been to a dentist is probably 15-20 years. I was embarrassed how bad my teeth had got..but after a month of dealing with excruciating pain in a broke tooth. I did a little research and seen/heard really good things about La Clinica and decided to make an appointment.. i was able to get in within a week of when I called. I went in for an exam to figure out what to do with the tooth, i decided to pull it. I’ve been coming here for about 2 years now. Staff are so friendly - dental care is equivalent (if not better) to what I’ve experienced in high profile expensive dentists offices in Madison, or other major cities I’ve lived in over the years. Text confirming is offered on appointments with advance notice & day before follow up. From cleanings, to cavity repair - and most recently a crown.. i had a broken tooth and needed urgent care. they managed to fit me in. yea i had to wait a little bit. but they saw me and were so super kind and nice to me got that tooth yanked out without pain. i was so afraid of going because my last dentist was a sadist. but i would recommend this place to everyone!! i will be back (and that's not something i ever say about dentists). thank you again for your help kindness and respect!

I can't say enough about the dentist. Dr. Fransis and her assistant crystal. Very caring. I would return again. And also the receptionist was very nice Ashley. Couldn't of asked for a better experience.

Very upset w the lack of info offered to us on our options w a tooth. Only to get a call 30 min before my husbands app with info that would have changed our minds on how we handle it. Wasted a day off work for nothing only to show up to an app for a scheduled root canal and not knkw if we should do it or not based on NEW info they should have given us 2 wks ago. Poor service... looking for a new dentist again.
