If you enjoy fighting to get refills on non narcotic medications this place is for you. If you like waiting for a few weeks to get an appointment this place is also for you. I recommend this place to anyone to who likes having their time wasted and who also could care less about their health care.
Made appointment on the phone and confirmed two separate times that I was in between health insurance and the cost would be a flat $25. Arrived to the appointment today and was blind sided by the fact that it would be $79.99. I would have not been so pissed off if I was told that before, before I didn't take my lunch and left work early and drove all the way down to the North Park clinic. I have a great experience every time I am getting Dental work done at the Spring Valley location �
I try to get my appointments at the clinic near my house, but the wait is almost 2 months, my best option is to get them for El Cajon location.
Their Drs. Keep changing and they keepp changing patients around to different clinics and that makes things very inconvenient for me. Also, the Doctors are apprehensive about signing any medical papers on your behalf so it makes the experience even worse being a patient when the Doctors can't do a simple task like accepting respinsibility for their patients. The Worst ever!
I won't lie...when I chose FHCSD because of my current Medi-CAL status, I was nervous at what to expect. I've experienced now 4 locations (by choice) and they are on point with their processes and standards. From the appointment setting to follow up care, they are consistent in service and care excellence. I had nothing to be nervous about and every day I am more and more thankful that my health is in their care. ��❤️
