Dental office.... Front desk staff is full of NASTY, miserable, and discourteous people aside from maybe one or two. It takes way too long to schedule further appointments. The sole reason I even gave this place 3 stars is because the team of dentists are AMAZING!!! They're knowledgeable and friendly. It's a pleasant experience once you get past the reception area.
They routinely don't test the patient with proper exams i.e mri ,citiscan, etc. All they do is send you to physical therapy and whala, all is over with out doing no types of x ray etc. I was sent to PT where my back condition got worst,for God sakes I was disabled because of my spine problems which were severe,and some how PT is a miracle? They don't listen to their patients well, they talk like they are "trained to say xxxxxxx."
