I've been a patient here for over 20 years. It used to be just walk-in to be seen. Sometimes you waited an hour and a half, sometimes you were there 10 minutes. I had no problem waiting. Now they've gone to "by appointment only". I just waited 50 minutes passed my appointment time just to be seen for a refill. It's very unprofessional.
I have been coming there for years!! Nobody shares that they are now only by appt. I drive from Volusia county to get prescription renewal, arrive at 7:15, wait 45 minutes to have some rude woman tell me I wasted my time. I passes several other Dr's and hospitals to come to them for the last time!! Whatever happened to the FAMILY practice? Whatever happened to servicing your clients? I know that they don't care but I will never go back now!!
Just a reminder our office has changed from walk-in to appointments. Same day appointments almost always available- Saturday and week night appointments available too!
