RecommendedI scheduled appointments on-line for a lower leg injury. Very easy to schedule. I saw Dr Downing both times. I was very pleased with the care I received. Highly recommend!
Fast in and out. Friendly folks. Dr. Goll is a great physician to have surgery done with. Takes the time to listen to you and answer your any concerns you may have.
We've been seeing Dr Downing for almost 19 years - he's great. They changed office visits to appointments only but you may get one the same day. Cons - They don't always answer the phone, I had no success scheduling on the web.
It's been a pretty crapy day. Joe had to go to the his PCP's office today, Dr. Jeffrey Downing. We thought we would kill two birds with one stone and use this as his 3 month follow up for medication refills. When we were there in June he said that Joe is on auto pilot and that he needed to come back every three months for his refills. Dr is Great !!! Need more hrs or Saturday Morning !!!
They don't answer their phones, or return messages. I've been leaving voice and email messages for 3 days and can't get them to respond. If it wasn't for the fact that I like Dr. Downing as a physician, I would leave in a second.
First off, Dr. Downing is an excellent doctor. The reason why i have to rate this at 3 is because i can never get this office to pick up my calls. I had to get an appointment with another doctor because i couldn't get someone to answer my phone call for weeks. I will call this office, not exaggerating, a total of 20 times within 16 minutes and finally get someone to answer in the last phone call. You guys really need to get that fixed.
