My family and I have been searching for a trailer for about a year and a half now. My husband and I just took delivery of our second trailer yesterday. Number one was our first adventure into RV-ing. Once what we found out what worked for us, we came in and replaced it with a larger unit with a different layout. The sales staff was courteous and helpful but the real reason we came back was because of service. This place is the worst I took my mother there to find her a RV to live in. We found one that she liked and put $1,000 check down to save it till we came back to pay for it she had posted the check. We came back to check the RV for leaks and to make sure it was working correctly. The gentleman that helped us started getting rude when we found severe leaks. To cover it they use sealant on the roof and then tried to sell it for $20,000. After we found the leak and that the underbelly was severely warped because of it we asked ... read more
We are planning on purchasing a travel trailer and just starting to look. These folks are the greatest! They take time to answer all of your questions and spend time with you. They help you figure out what you really want, when you don't even know. This has been our best experience by far.
