These people are shady AF. We purchased our New Forest River Sonoma from here and all through the buying process we were told that it includes a TV. We had to wait until after the RV show to pick it up. We were in contact with them for the next two weeks while waiting to pick it up and were assured by that it was ready. Driving off with our new Forest River Heritage GLX as I write this! We factory ordered our fifth wheel from Kent at the Columbia location. Kent was extremely patient with us and helped us thru everything we wanted for our future fifth wheel. Today, our fifth wheel was ready for pickup at the 82nd location!
