Shane our salesman made this a great buying experience. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to do what he could to get us approved for financing. He was always available when I needed to ask questions. When we went to pick up the trailer, Jerry was there to explain how everything worked, answered all questions we had, and even gave us a few tips for when we are out and about using our beautiful new 30’ 2019 Evo Forest River.

The best customer service bar none! Rarely need anything because the Forest River trailer they sold us is awesome. But the few times we needed service they were fast, friendly, affordable and great. Highly recommended FF RV to everyone!!!

Jerry the Technician was awesome showing us how everything worked n hook us up so we could be on our way.
Great people made appointment said it would be 1 hour and it probably would have been but I didn't leave a phone number when I dropped it off so they went above and beyond looking through caller ID to find my number from a week ago when I made the appointment. If you have ever tried to have your RV serviced in the spring 1 week out is amazing. I just wish we would have bought our trailer from Family Fun RV
