Dr.Dawn & Dr. Payton have helped me with my migraines so much! They are so accommodating and helpful. We had to relocate to Texas but schedule adjustments first thing whenever we come to San Diego!

Since August of last year I was looking for the root that was causing all the pain for so many years that I had in my body specially in my head, neck and ears. I found Family First Chiropractic now the pain is gone. If it hasn’t been for the adjustments and the care, I have been receiving from Dr. Ely, I don’t know how I would have done with pain during this quarantine, Thank God they were on my way just in time. A couple that love what they do and they have great staff.

Short sections of regular (like weekly) treatments from the Family First Chiropractic (FFC) will relieve my neck, shoulder, and/or lower back pains, so that I can keep my daily activities, such as desk-work, sports and/or yard-work, going and being free of pain!
