Dr. J at Family First Chiropractic is a Godsend. He has helped me get my health back on track. I suffered from migraines at least two or three times a month, and I also get intense sciatic pain on my left side. Dr. J was a lifesaver. I reached out to him explaining a debilitating pain and he adjusted (no pun intended) his schedule forwards and backwards to accommodate me ASAP. The highest level of thoroughness and professionalism in his treatment while still showing patience and compassion in his explanation. Would give more stars if it was allowed.
Dr. J not only is an excellent chiropractor but he truly cares about his patients, helping them make healthy life-style changes and sharing his vast knowledge of health, wellness and the human body. He puts his heart and compassion into his work, and lives the way he practices.
