RecommendedI just want to say how much I love Dr J and everyone at the office. And after adjustments I feel like my brain is focused like a laser beam. As a single mom of a teenage girl, owner of my own company for 15 years and currently a grad student in my final term I can honestly say that my brain can very easily start running a mile a minute without getting anywhere!! With experience and expertise Dr J gets my brain balanced and my energy even by aligning my body. Thank you, again!!
I can’t recommend Dr. J enough. He really dives deep into the root of the problem and tried to find the best way to help my neck move. I have a fracture in my lower back and he is always mindful of the area when adjusting me. My neck has an artificial disc and I live with 6-9 and occasionally 10 neck pain and trying to put surgery on the level below off for as long as possible. Great chiropractor!

I am recently relocated to Austin, so I needed to find a chiropractor in this area, and Dr. J proved to be ideal. He's knowledgeable, personable, and professional. I started going to Family First Chiropractic with Dr. Jonathan because I had been dealing with lower and upper back pain for several years. After 3 months of going to get treatments my pain has disappeared thanks to the chiropractic care and the health recommendations to go along with the care. Not only does my back feel great but I feel healthier overall. Mr. Jonathan is the BEST, he truly cares about his patient's health and is just a genuinely great person. I recommend to anyone looking for a chiropractor!
