Having been billed for the last year, repeatedly, phoned repeatedly, for lenses that I havnt recieved. Troy Family Eye Center`s billing practices suck. I am not happy . Dr. Hamlin and many of the techs are always nice and courtous. Service is good. Billing sucks.
I have always received great service from Family Eye Center and would recommend them to anyone looking for vision care. Dr Hamlin and all the Staff are friendly & helpful.
