I was highly recommended to your office through my insurance provider, UnitedHealthcare. I recently called to schedule a physical as a new patient, but was surprised to learn that the earliest available appointment isn’t until September. As a new patient, I had hoped for more flexibility or sooner availability, especially given the strong recommendation.

Im so sad cause this Dr came highly recommended. I tried to make an appointment for my husband and I but after giving the appointment receptionist my information, she said she had to check something and left me on hold for 19 min before I had to hang up. They never called back :(
